The Investiture of The Asian School, Dehradun for the academic year 2025-26 was held on 5 th February 2025 with great solemnity. Keeping with the tradition of the institution, its outstanding students were invested with the duties of office bearers. There was an aura of expectancy as the beaming faces of the selected student council members marched on to the stage in sync with the inspiring music that replicated the aura of the ceremony. It was a day imbued with a sense of pride, humility and leadership. The Principal invested the new appointees with their position of authority. After receiving the Oath of maintaining fairness in judgment and the pledge to fulfill their responsibilities to the best of their abilities, from each of the newly appointed student leaders; the Principal pinned the prestigious badges and blessed the members of the Prefect Body. Earlier these students were selected through a well conducted election held in December, 2024.
Aarush Pratap Singh and Anvishita Yadav were appointed as the Head Boy and Head Girl respectively.
Akshat Verma and Shreya Rajput were appointed the Vice Head Boy and Vice Head Girl respectively.
The Principal Ms. Ruchi Pradhan Datta congratulated the students and wished them luck. She urged them to take up the responsibility with commitment and integrity. The ceremony came to a glorious end after the prayer by the Principal and a huge round of applause for the new appointees.
The function was attended by Mr. Mukesh Nangia, Head Senior School, Ms Prachi Mehrotra, Headmistress, Mr. Sanjay Rana HOD Sports, Ms. Shweta Matta Dean of Activities, House Masters and the entire teaching staff and students.
